Ausländische Reisende, die nach Thailand einreisen wollen, können in die folgenden Kategorien eingeteilt werden:

Gruppe 1: Reisende, die bei Ankunft in Thailand ein Visum beantragen können (Visa on Arrival)  Gruppe 2: Reisende, die für die Einreise nach Thailand kein Visum benötigen (Visa Exemption)Gruppe 3**: Alle anderen Reisenden, die nicht von der Visumpflicht befreit sind, müssen ein Visum für die Einreise nach Thailand beantragen.

Gruppe 4: Reisende, die für die Einreise nach Thailand zusätzliche Dokumente benötigen

Foreign travelers wishing to enter Thailand can be divided into the following categories:

Group 1: Travelers who can apply for a visa upon arrival in Thailand (Visa on Arrival)

Group 2: Travelers who do not need a visa to enter Thailand (Visa Exemption)

Group 3**: All other travelers who are not exempt from the visa requirement must apply for a visa to enter Thailand.

Group 4: Travelers who require additional documents to enter Thailand

นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติที่ประสงค์จะเดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยสามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็นประเภทต่างๆ ดังนี้

กลุ่มที่ 1: นักท่องเที่ยวที่สามารถยื่นคำร้องขอวีซ่าเมื่อเดินทางมาถึงประเทศไทย (Visa on Arrival)

กลุ่มที่ 2: นักท่องเที่ยวที่ไม่ต้องขอวีซ่าเข้าประเทศไทย (Visa Exemption)

กลุ่มที่ 3**: นักท่องเที่ยวที่ไม่ได้รับการยกเว้นจากข้อกำหนดวีซ่าจะต้องยื่นขอวีซ่าเพื่อเข้าประเทศไทยเท่านั้น

กลุ่มที่ 4: นักท่องเที่ยวที่ต้องใช้เอกสารเพิ่มเติมเพื่อเข้าประเทศไทย

• Die Einreise nach Thailand ist ab dem Genehmigungsdatum (c) Date of grant bis zum Ablaufdatum (d) Visa must be used by möglich. Der Visuminhaber muss daher spätestens innerhalb des Ablaufdatums (d) Visa must be used by nach Thailand einreisen. 

• Die Visumsgültigkeit hängt von der Art des Visums (a) Visa type und der Häufigkeit der Einreise nach Thailand (b) Travel ab;

- 3 Monate ab dem Genehmigungsdatum: Tourist Visum (einmalige Einreisen), Transit Visum (einmalige Einreisen), Non-Immigrant Visum (einmalige Einreisen).

- 6 Monate ab dem Genehmigungsdatum: Tourist Visum (mehrmalige Einreisen), Transit Visum (mehrmalige Einreisen)

- 1 Jahr ab dem Genehmigungsdatum: Non-Immigrant Visum (mehrmailge Einreisen)

- 3 Jahre ab dem Genehmigungsdatum: Non-Immigrant Visum (B) 3 Jahre

- 5 Jahre ab dem Genehmigungsdatum: Non-Immigrant Visum (O-X) 10 Jahre

• Der Zeitraum zwischen (c) Date of grant und (d) Visa must be used by ist nicht identisch mit der zulässigen Aufenthaltsdauer (e) Length of stay in Thailand.

• You may enter Thailand from the approval date (c) Date of grant to the expiration date (d) Visa must be used by. The visa holder must therefore enter Thailand within the expiration date (d) Visa must be used by at the latest.

• The validity of the visa depends on the (a) Visa type and the frequency of entry to Thailand (b) Travel;

- 3 months from the approval date: Tourist Visa (single entry), Transit Visa (single entry), Non-Immigrant Visa (single entry).

- 6 months from the approval date: Tourist Visa (multiple entries), Transit Visa (multiple entries)

- 1 year from the approval date: Non-Immigrant Visa (multiple entries)

- 3 years from the approval date: Non-Immigrant Visa (B) 3 years

- 5 years from the approval date: Non-Immigrant Visa (O-X) 10 years

• The period between (c) Date of grant and (d) Visa must be used by is not the same as the permitted duration of stay (e) Length of stay in Thailand.

• ช่วงระยะเวลา (c) Date of grant ถึง (d) Visa must be used by ที่คุณสามารถเดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยนี้ ไม่ใช่ระยะเวลาการอนุญาตพำนักในประเทศไทย (e) Length of stay in Thailand ที่ได้รับ

• (e) Length of stay in Thailand pro Einreise hängt von der Art des Visums (a) Visa type ab;

- Tourist Visum 60 Tage pro Einreise

- Transit Visum 30 Tage pro Einreise

- Non-Immigrant Visum 90 Tage, 1 Jahr oder 5 Jahre pro Einreise 

• (e) Length of stay in Thailand handelt sich nicht um der Zeitraum, die Sie im Online-Visumantrag angegeben haben.

• (e) Length of stay in Thailand per entry depends on the (a) Visa type:

- Tourist Visa: 60 days per entry

- Transit Visa: 30 days per entry

- Non-Immigrant Visa: 90 days, 1 year or 5 years per entry

• (e) Length of stay in Thailand is not the duration you have put in the visa online application. 

• ระยะเวลาการอนุญาตพำนักในประเทศไทย (e) Length of stay in Thailand ต่อครั้งที่ได้รับ ขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทวีซ่า (a) Visa type ที่ท่านเลือก;

- Tourist Visa: 60 วัน ต่อครั้ง

- Transit Visa: 30 วัน ต่อครั้ง

- Non-Immigrant Visa: 90 วัน, 1 ปี หรือ 5 ปี ต่อครั้ง

• ระยะเวลาการอนุญาตพำนักในประเทศไทย (e) Length of stay in Thailand ไม่ใช่วันที่คุณระบุในใบคำร้อง

• Nachdem Sie das Visum erhalten haben, überprüfen Sie bitte die Richtigkeit Ihrer persönliche Daten (f) im Visum.

• Bitte überprüfen Sie das erste zulässige Einreisedatum (c) Date of grant und das letzte zulässige Einreisedatum (d) Visa must be used by, da Sie innerhalb dieses Zeitraums nach Thailand einreisen müssen.

• After receive the visa, please check the accuracy of your personal data (f) in the visa. 

• Please check first permitted date of entry (c) Date of grant and the last permitted date of entry (d) Visa must be used by, as you must enter Thailand within this period.

• เมื่อได้รับวีซ่าแล้ว โปรดตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ (f) ในวีซ่า

• Nach der Einreise nach Thailand, beachten Sie bitte im Stempel des Immigration Office in Ihrem Reisepass das letzte Datum, an dem Sie aus Thailand ausreisen müssen und befolgen Sie dieses, sonst können Sie gesetzlich bestraft werden (Geldstrafe und/oder Freiheitsentzug).

• Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Visum mit einmaliger Einreise (Single Entry) eine einzige Einreise in Thailand gestattet. Nach der Ausreise aus Thailand wird Ihr Visum ungültig und kann für eine Wiedereinreise nicht beansprucht werden (selbst wenn das Visum noch nicht abgelaufen ist).

• Nach der Einreise nach Thailand: Aufenthaltsverlängerung, Änderung der Visumart und Wiedereinreisegenehmigung (Re-Entry Permit) können bei der Immigrationsbüro im Government Center B, Chaengwattana Soi 7, Laksi, Bangkok 10210, Tel. +66-(0)-2141-9889 oder auf http://www.immigration.go.th beantragt werden. Die Verlängerung des Aufenthalts und die Änderung bestimmter Visumarten liegen im alleinigen Ermessen des Immigrationsbeamten.

• After entering Thailand, please note the stamp (from Immigration) in your passport of the last date on which you must leave Thailand and strictly follow it, otherwise you may be punished by law (fine and/or imprisonment).

• Please note that the single entry visa allows only a single entry into Thailand. After leaving Thailand, your visa becomes invalid and cannot be claimed for re-entry (even if the visa has not yet expired).

• After entering Thailand: extension of stay, change of visa type and re-entry permit can be applied for at the Office of Immigration Bureau located on Government Center B, Chaengwattana Soi 7, Laksi, Bangkok 10210, Tel. +66-(0)-2141-9889 or at http://www.immigration.go.th. The extension of stay as well as the change of certain type of visa is solely at the discretion of the Immigration officer.

• หลังเดินทางเข้าสู่ประเทศไทย โปรดตรวจสอบและรับทราบในตราประทับของสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมืองในหนังสือเดินทางของคุณ วันสุดท้ายที่คุณได้รับอนุญาตให้พำนักในประเทศไทยคือวันสุดท้ายที่คุณต้องออกจากประเทศไทย โปรดปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัด มิฉะนั้นคุณอาจถูกลงโทษตามกฎหมาย (ปรับและ/หรือจำคุก)

• Inhaber eines Transitvisums müssen umgerechnet mindestens 10.000 THB (Einzelperson) und zusammen als Familie mindestens 20.000 THB bei der Einreise in bar nachweisen können.

• Inhaber eines Touristenvisums und eines Non-Immigrant-Visums müssen umgerechnet mindestens 20.000 THB (Einzelperson) und zusammen als Familie mindestens 40.000 THB bei der Einreise in bar nachweisen können.

• Immigrationsbeamter kann die Einreise nach Thailand trotz eines gültigen Visums verweigern.

• Das Generalkonsulat behält sich das Recht vor, bei Bedarf zusätzlich Dokumente anzufordern bzw. den Antragsteller auf einem Vorstellungsgespräch einzuladen.

• Holders of a transit visa must be able to provide the equivalent of at least 10,000 THB (single person) and together as a family at least 20,000 THB in cash upon entry.

• Holders of a Tourist Visa and a Non-Immigrant Visa must be able to provide the equivalent of at least 20,000 THB (single person) and together as a family at least 40,000 THB in cash upon entry.

• Immigration officer may refuse entry to Thailand despite a valid visa.

• The Consulate General reserves the right to request additional documents if necessary or to invite the applicant to an interview.

• ผู้ถือวีซ่า Transit จะต้องสามารถแสดงเงิน แบบรายบุคคลอย่างน้อย 10,000 บาท และแบบรวมกันเป็นครอบครัวอย่างน้อย 20,000 บาทเมื่อเข้าประเทศไทย

• ผู้ถือวีซ่าท่องเที่ยวและวีซ่าประเภทชั่วคราวจะต้องสามารถแสดงเงิน แบบรายบุคคลอย่างน้อย 20,000 บาท และแบบรวมกันเป็นครอบครัวอย่างน้อย 40,000 บาทเมื่อเข้าประเทศไทย

• เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองสามารถปฏิเสธการเดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยได้แม้จะมีวีซ่าก็ตาม

• สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการขอเอกสารเพิ่มเติมหากจำเป็น หรือเชิญผู้ร้องเข้ารับการสัมภาษณ์
